1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by sona102, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and sona102 and govern every aspect of your relationship with the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting activity, bonus participation, and any other use of sona102 services.

sona102 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 3.2 KYC Documentation

sona102 may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following an unusual transaction pattern, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include:

6. Sports Betting and Game Rules

All sports betting activity on sona102 is governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet on sona102, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that market.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. sona102 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical error or human mistake in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account in full. Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC Test matches — will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition.

6.2 In-Play Betting

• Collusion with other players, sona102 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account
• Any form of money laundering or use of sona102 for the processing of proceeds of crime
• Misrepresentation of identity, age, or place of residence during registration or verification
• Systematic arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors across multiple sona102 accounts or in combination with other platforms

7.1 Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal in relation to a deposit made to sona102 while retaining winnings generated from that deposit constitutes fraud. sona102 will suspend accounts where a chargeback is filed pending investigation and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your sona102 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@sona102. Before closure, you may withdraw any available real-money balance subject to the standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements described in Section 4. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by sona102

sona102 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing

Where an account is closed by sona102 due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, available real-money balances will be returned subject to applicable verification and payment processing requirements.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

sona102's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to your use of sona102 shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law.
